Hi,
I am the maintainer of the videre_stereo_cam package. Unfortunately I did not have time to make a switch to ROS Diamondback yet, so this package (as available from svn) was not updated to work with that version yet. Please download updated files from here for now: http://ubuntuone.com/p/jAn/.
