It is solved if you install a few packages:
$ sudo apt-get install sip-dev python-qt4-dev python-sip-dev

It is solved if you install a few packages:
$ sudo apt-get install sip-dev python-qt4-dev
python-sip-devpython-sip-dev pyqt4-dev-tools

This error may also happen building ROS with jade in ubuntu 15.10 or other version of ROS or ubuntu.
It is solved if you install a few packages:
$ sudo apt-get install sip-dev python-qt4-dev python-sip-dev pyqt4-dev-tools
| | 4 | No.4 Revision |
This error may also happen building if you are trying to build ROS with jade in ubuntu inUubuntu 15.10 or (or other version of ROS or ubuntu.ubuntu).
It is solved if you install a few packages:
