The best laptop out there for $1400 would be http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/new-dell-g7-15-gaming/spd/g-series-15-7588-laptop/dncwfsb626s. Though one could go for the other configuration available with a FHD Display for $1200
