This tutorial expects you to have downloaded the urdf_tutorial package.
First, you will have to create a workspace (http://wiki.ros.org/catkin/Tutorials/create_a_workspace) Then, you will have to copy/clone the urdf_tutorial package into your workspace's src folder.
