@bjajo, our recovery tool is not yet publicly available. But if you are in a hurry, get in touch (info at spectx.com) and if possible we can do the recovery for you.
If the bag is very messed then the recovery requires one more sample bag (small but with the same message types). This is needed in a situation where both the header and the footer (index) are very broken.
