If you are building in catkin_ws, you don't need to include the <package_name>. Just catkin build will do. I would suggest you first execute catkin clean and then do catkin build.

If you are building in ~~catkin_ws,~~ catkin_ws, you don't need to include the <package_name>. Just catkin build build will do. I would suggest you first execute catkin clean clean and then do catkin build.build.
