Problem Retrieving Image from USB_cam

Hi guys

I've trying to get images from USB_cam . I did the same as this partner here :http://answers.ros.org/question/131331/usb_cam-errorwebcam-expected-picture-but-didnt-get-it/

But when I try to get image I get something like the next imagen image description

What is happening? Thanks
