android_core new installation method ?

I downloaded android_core around 2 months ago and was able to run the app. 3 weeks ago I tried to download it again but found out that only the readme was left (every other file was removed). After searching I found the following but I don't know what to do with the following in order to get android_core:
Prerequistes: https://raw.github.com/rosjava/rosjav...
