win_ros 'rosversion' not recognized as an internt comand

HI, Im following this tutorial http://wiki.ros.org/win_ros/hydro/Msv... and I´m having this problem

rosversion is nos recognized as an internt comand

"Invalid tag: Cannot load command parameter [rosversion]: command [rosversion roslaunch] returned with code [1].

Param xml is < param command="rosversion roslaunch" name="rosversion"/>"

When I type this in a comand port

call C:\opt\ros\hydro\x86\setup.bat

roscore

I've already add C:\Python27\ and C:\Python27\Scripts to my PATH.

Any help is appreciated!
