I have built and installed ROS on raspbian jessie for my Pi 3 as defined on http://wiki.ros.org/ROSberryPi/Instal... . Is it possible to package the build that I have produced (in a .deb or something) so that I can install it on a new Pi 3 raspbian installation without needing to build fresh?

Hi! The easiest way for me is to make a copy (ISO image) of your MicroSD and then put it in the MicroSD of the new Raspberry. It can guaranteed that everything will work properly.

Thanks for the advice, that is the method that I resorted to using in the end. Fortunately the new raspbian includes a facility to easily clone the SD to an external device and it only took 15 minutes in the end. Thanks
