hi im new to vrep . and i would like to know how to load a plugin to a a robot in a vrep scene

V-REP is a product made by Coppelia Robotics, and afaik has no (direct) relationship to ROS. As we try to keep this support site on-topic, I suggest you open a question on forum.coppeliarobotics.com.
