I'm beginner to ros I'm unable to open the turtlebot. I'm using ubuntu 16.4 and ros kinetic 1.12.7 could any one help me

What do you mean you're unable to open it ?

did you connect to it through USB ?
did you turn on the turtlebot using the side switch ?
did you charge your turtlebot ?
did you launch minimal.launch ?
did you install the required turtlebot packages ? (for example try roscd turtlebot_bringup to see if the system has those)
