Can I install ROS Indigo on ubuntu 16.04? [closed]

I know the best is installing ROS Indigo on Ubuntu 14.04. But I've bought a new computer and it doesn't have driver support for Ubuntu 14.04. My computer is DELL i15 7559. Can I use the Kinect or Lunar versions of ROS by the same way that I've use Indigo? Are the commands the same? I'll work well with it using the same skills I've got with Indigo? Or there are some way for using Indigo on Ubuntu 16.04?
