Is there a way to pass rosparam yaml file on rosrun cmd line

<rosparam file="$(find ptam)/PtamFixParams.yaml"/>
</node>
but do
rosrun ptam ptam image:= /camera/image_mono _rosparam=PtamFixParams.yaml
