Where did rosbagmigration go in Fuerte?

In Electric, rosbagmigration was a package inside ros_comm.

Where did it go in Fuerte?

rosbagmigration was deprecated in ROS Diamondback:

Fuerte finally removes it for good.

Apparently, it's not needed any more. I removed the dependency and it compiles OK without it on both Electric and Fuerte.
