capability server stopping uninteruptedly while running as a service on system boot

Hi, I am trying to run capability server through script witch automatically starts when system reboots but i have observed capability server coming up and killing immediately.

(1) source devel/setup.bash (2) roslaunch capability_server capability_server.launch

It is abnormal behaviour as out of 10 only it is functional 2-3 times.
