How can i install rosbuild [closed]

Hello, i don't know how install rosbuild. I need it to follow this tutorial:

http://www.ros.org/wiki/rviz/Tutorials/Markers%3A%20Basic%20Shapes

In the line: rosbuild_add_executable(basic_shapes src/basic_shapes.cpp)

I've installed the full package of ROS but it hasn't installed...

Any solution?
