Best bldc controller for ROS robotic arm (sensored/hall sensors)

I am looking for good bldc controller for robotic arm. I read that for small rpm it is better to use hall sensors. Controller should have 250W- 48V/5-6A and work with position control and current limiter (as torque limit). Any ideas? Any interface: rs485, CAN or RS232.

Price Limit: 150usd, any interface... I dont understand other questions.

Interface rs232, can, rs485, modbus-tcp, ethercat.
