how to make the robot fast with low frequency?

My robot is a rabbot, if the frequency is greater than 20 Hz, it is fine but when I reduce it to 10 Hz, it is very very slow.

I'd that it work fine with 10 Hz.

Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.
