Is there any implemented methods for LIDAR background removal?
Am bit new to the Lidar topic. I need to remove background points from 3D lidar (velodyne) data. My question is: do I need to implement it myself or is there already existing tools (ROS, PCL2), etc?
Another but somehow linked to the above one: How to compute normal vectors to the surfaces these Lidar data represent?
