Is python3 with Noetic completely compatible?

I wonder if I update the robot's system to Noetic (Ubuntu 20), are there problems with python 3 in terms of compatibility between them?

Is there anyone uses it?

Thanks, when installing ros-noetic, it targets python3 or python2 as default?

ROS noetic uses python 3 by default.
