Write on topic from an other PC [closed]

Hi everyone,

I am using ROS melodic on an ultra96 (it is a bit like a Raspberry PI). I have no graphical interface on that board so I have set the ROS_MASTER_URI and ROS_HOSTNAME at an adresse that I can acess from an other linux PC .With that, I can read all topics with Rviz but I can't write any topics from that PC. I would like write topics to set initialpose or set goal but I can. Is any one had had the same issue or can help me ? Thanks,
