ROS packages for dynamic obstacle detection
Hi. I am interested in incorporating a dynamic obstacle detection scheme into my navigation stack. The only package that I could find that supported dynamic obstacles was the Teb Local Planner but I could not get it to work as it is having some issues with ROS melodic (the dynamic obstacle detection part). Are there any other packages out there that I can use ? I have ROS melodic running on a machine that has Ubuntu 18.04 on it.
