Add an static Obstacle to RVIZ

I want to simulate my URDF to RVIZ and do an obstacle avoidance mission using laser scan plugin from Gazebo. I want to add an obstacle through RVIZ without running GAZEBO and simulate it just on RVIZ. Does anyone know how to do that ?
