Install ROS on windows without choco
Can I find something like github repo or source forge to download a zip and unzip it? Just like the ROS2 installation Choco Install is a network disaster on my computer You know in my district the choco repository has a really slow speed because the server is too far, and when I try to run choco upgrade ros-noetic-desktop_full -y --execution-timeout=0, it gets nothing but time out .
