Regarding moveit,gazebo and real robot arm

I have moveit pakage built using moveit setup assistant. I can plan the the motion of arms there. But the execute does nothing to the gazebo model. How can I execute that motion in gazebo. After executing in gazebo, how can the motion be given to real robot?
