ORB SLAM 3 - features not being detected
I'm simulating a turtlebot 3 in gazebo and it's images are being published to the ORB SLAM 3 node. Although I can see a live feed in ORB's image viewer, no features are ever detected. It also just says TRYING TO INITIALIZE. In the map viewer window, the map doesn't move and is blank with just a static green rectangle which I assume represents the initial position.
