hokuyo_node error (illegal instruction) [closed]

I want to run hokuyo_node on gumstix with ubuntu 10.04. I tried to rosrun hokuyo_node. But I can't run and the error was displayed: illegal instruction

Does anyone have any idea?

I installed packages depend on hokuyo_node.

I installed ROS on gumsitx using below method. "Installing on Ubuntu from source"

Could you try "sudo chmod a+x /dev/ttyACM0" after connecting USB interface as mentioned here(http://www.ros.org/wiki/hokuyo_node/Troubleshooting) ?
