python_orocos_kdl compilation error for fuerte [closed]
With python-sip 4.14.7-2
, the compilation stops with these errors:
[ 11%] Building CXX object CMakeFiles/python_module_PyKDL.dir/PyKDL/sipPyKDLpart0.o
/opt/ros/fuerte/share/orocos_kinematics_dynamics/python_orocos_kdl/build/PyKDL/sipPyKDLpart0.cpp:3140:1: error: cannot convert PyObject* ()(void) {aka _object* ()(void)} to _sipClassTypeDef* in initialization
This error is meaningless because it leads to the closing bracket on last line of this code:
sipClassTypeDef sipTypeDef_PyKDL_TwistVel = {
{

0,
0,

This error leads to a similar code extract at the end of the file:
sipClassTypeDef sipTypeDef_PyKDL_FrameVel = {
{
-1,

SIP_TYPE_CLASS,
sipNameNr_FrameVel,

Any hints ?
