Electronics Engineer since 1989. lol now retired, and fiddling around with robotic projects to try to act busy when my wife asks what i am up to.
I enjoy the concepts of ROS but must say i wish some functionality is backward compatible even within the same ROS2 ecosystem. I find much time is wasted trying to get previous stuff working as the new releases are deployed (e.g. ROS2 Foxy to ROS2 Humble). But i appreciate very much what everyone is contributing to this platform. I wish one day, when i am expert with ROS, i too can contribute some stuff back.
