Hi guys.! I newbie ros I'm learning C++ and I'm want to learn more about ros I want to read a manual that really teach me how to use Ros how friendly is ros with newbie user ? do I need to have a master's degree in engineering to use ros ?

for starting ros you can use this Tutorials

no you don't need a master's degree in engineering to use ros.just you need to know programming

As someone who just started this last year, my recommendation is to go through the ROS wiki page in a specific way.

First: http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Introduction This will give you a good overview to what exactly ROS is, how it's structured, etc. Keep going to the next session until you finish.

Second: http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials This will teach you important features and aspects of ROS.
