No SICK TiM devices connected! sick_tim320?

i use melodic, i try to connect sick tim_320 but i have some problem My device worked properly in sopas, have anyone help me resolve this problem Thank you and i am sorry about my English

You need a Tim 315 or 361 because those have an ethernet data output. The 310 and 320 have only an digital OI no data output beside the engeniering USB
