it is possible to simulate robot in rviz without launching in gazebo as a master ?

i am using a planner move gazebo plugin . to move a robot in the rviz environment. i just want to know how to publish odometry from the launch file

You cannot. Rviz is not a simulator its just a 3D visualizer. You need gazebo or some other simulator to produce data to be visualized.
