I believe this is an duplicate question!
You can install TurtleBot packages using synaptic. Deb packages are available. You can install using the following command.
sudo apt-get install <package_name e.g. ros-fuerte-turtlebot>.
You can also get listing of all turtlebot related packages using synaptic
