fusing high precision heading

Hi, I would like to fuse heading (coming from 2 f9p gps working as moving base) with data from an IMU (just, gyro and accelerometer, no magnetometer) and RTK GPS. What is the best way to do that? Is it possible to use madgwick filter to integrate, gyro, accel and heading (instead of magnetometer data)?
